This awesome 3 month “Bach-ette package” includes everything you will need to keep your stress level at bay, so you can focus on the important stuff and still get in shape to look great in that once-in-a-lifetime dress! This 3 month {12 week} program includes:
- Initial Assessment with goals, history, etc.
- Physical Assessment with measurements, BMI, weight & weekly weigh ins
- Plan/Program design specifically tailored to your busy schedule
- One personal training session week
- One class a week
- One closed class for the entire wedding party and friends {pre-wedding day}
