This program is for youth athletes, high school age and younger. Through this program there will be individual goals set to improve the athlete’s sport performance. Athletes will meet with their trainer two times per week for one on one instruction for four weeks. During this time they will work on sport specific movements, dynamic and functional strengthening, as well as injury prevention according to sports specific needs. This program is designed to elevate the athlete’s overall athletic ability and to guide them in making overall general health and fitness choices through educating and encouraging them.
