Always a great success with great groups of people!  Everyone always does an amazing job! This very detailed Boot Camp runs a total of 6 weeks and is only held once a year. It is a great way to get you in shape for the spring and summer! Try it, you’ll love it!!

We will be taking 30 participants on a 1st come 1st serve basis, so make sure you sign up as soon as registration opens!

Registration opens April 11th and will close April 22nd.

Weigh ins and nutrition seminar will run from April 25th-April 29th.

Boot Camp will be held from May 2nd to May 27th.

There will be new raw equipment to incorporate into obstacles, full nutrition planning, weigh ins, skin fold testing, and field trip Fridays!

Jessica, Amanda, Scott, Jenna, and Andy will be running it, so you know you’ll be in for a great Boot Camp!!
